I have a question for the Rock Hill folks. From what I have heard, there is a new High School in the Rock hill area this year (South Pointe I believe). How will this affect the high school teams of both the boys and girls soccer? For the boys, the team was very good last year and would be one of the favorites to win it all this year. Does anyone know if the team will be fractured with the addition of the new school?

South Pointe will field a JV team this year and I believe the older kids can stay put. Real effect won't be felt for a couple of years.

Fort Mill will face the same circumstances when Nations Ford HS opens, I believe, in 2007.
