On the request of the attendees of our 1st Session of CSA Training Camps, we will be adding an additional "Jr. Academy Training Camp" for the 2013 Summer Series!
CSA S1: Jr. Academy Training Camp -- July 22-25 ($40)
5:30 - 7:30PM @ Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, Ages 9-18
Session Topics:
- Speed & Agility Training
- Technical Development
- Tactical Awareness
- Game Management
CSA S2: Varsity Training Showcase -- July 20 ($50, $35 w/ team of 8+ players)
9:00AM - 5:00PM @ Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, Ages 13-18
Session Includes:
- Speed & Agility Training
- Functional Technical Development
- Team-Oriented Functional Training
- 8v8 Matches (Filmed)
- Collegiate Recruiting Seminar
- Game Tape Breakdown
- Small-Sided Afternoon Tournament w/ Prizes for Champions
**Players should bring to camp: Soccer shoes & indoor shoes. Campers should be dressed to play soccer, (shorts, light colored clothing, sunscreen, water bottle, soccer ball), and shin guards.**
