Rather subjective don't you think? Any coach would be foolish to list a club other than the one currently signing his paycheck. This thread will just lead to club bashing in my opinion. All clubs have their pros and cons based on each individuals goals and location, whether a coach, player or parent!

Agree w/16. Larger clubs offer, as a rule, more support, organization, mentorship, etc. whereas the smaller clubs can offer great opportunity. It all depends on what the coach is looking for, just like our jobs and everyday life!
