Why does it take a week for a club to post their teams? What is the delay? Seems ridiculous.

One thing I really liked about the SCU tryouts, at least for the younger ages, tryouts completed on Wednesday and results were on the website on Friday afternoon.

Seems like a good standard to shoot for. I know other clubs struggle with numbers and balancing moving players up or keeping them in their own age group.

I'm not sure. CRSA held Select U13-U18 tryouts last Tuesday/Wednesday and we had our rosters posted by Sunday noon. The goal was for Saturday noon, but our U16-U18 girls needed an additional tryout date on Saturday morning, thus the delay.

We do have a U14 boys team that has not been released in large part because of multiple players trying out at 2-3 clubs. Then you play the wait-and-see-who-is-going-to-play-for-us game because other clubs won't post their rosters. If 4-5 opt for another club then it domino effects your selections and creates a nasty situation for all involved.
