Workers needed for the SCHSL State Finals - please sign up!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SCHSL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS

Once again Emerson Phillips and I will be on the play-by-play for all 7 SCHSL soccer state championships this weekend with the live webcast available at www.nfhsnetwork.com/SCHSL

Would you be able to help me out by posting a message in the forum asking all coaches that are in the finals to please send me the following ASAP to burch.antley@gmail.com

1. Current roster
2. Current record including playoffs
3. Coach's current career win/loss record and the number of years they have been head coach with school
4. Projected starting lineups
5. Current stats
6. Any player awards or interesting facts about their team

Having this information always helps us promote the teams, schools and to showcase South Carolina soccer to a world-wide audience.

How did River Bluff HS get to host? Why not have the State Championships at a neutral site like USC used to host?

A 'beachfan' has committed to donating ... 3 cases of Gatorade (30 bottles per case) and 3 cases of water (35 per case) on behalf of Academic Magnet.

Swansea HS will donate a case of Gatorade and a case of water.

Below is more helpful information regarding SCHSL State Soccer Tournament at RBHS

$10.00 reserved parking is available ( 110 spots roughly including handicapped)

Admission to Gator Commons $20.00. You get climate control environment, restrooms, drink, snacks and lounge atmosphere. (They still need to pay $10.00 for admission)

Suites admission (each suite has 8 seats and will come with food, drink and access to climate control environment). Must be vacated immediately after the game).

Cornelius Cromer can work the A & AA boys games on Saturday.

Bob Taylor will work the 11:30 game on Saturday anything you need I will also bring water and gatorade for concession on Saturday.

Dutch Fork Mens Soccer has a case of cokes to donate. DF also has 2 cases of nachos chips & a can of nacho cheese.

If anyone can assist the SCHSSCA this afternoon at RBHS for the Girls 2A/1A (3pm) and 3A (5pm) matches it is most appreciated.

Both canteens need to be staffed and, presently, there are very few signed up to do so. If the SCHSSCA does not staff these concession stands - which are on opposite sides and inaccessible from each side of the stadium - then we will lose the opportunity to generate revenue for the two all-star matches the SCHSSCA sponsors each summer.
