Alot of you have been down on Northwestern Soccer saying that they haven't proven themselves. Are you really serious?? Look at what they have done. Certainly the mighty from IRMO aren't saying any of this!! NW beat the Irmese 2-1!! Look at the scores...NW v. HC 1-0... NW v. Mauldin 3-2... NW v. Irmo 2-1... The only game NW has lost this year was to Spring Valley (a great team by the way) and that was during a scrimmage (granted it was 0-3). Every other game they have dominated by a combined score of 44-1. They still have to play Fort Mill(4) but please don't discredit them. Finotti (sp) is a good man and a good coach. I wish he was coaching my son.

Why did you repost this as a seperate topic when it was already posted?

I posted the message because I thought it needed to be said. I thought everyone needed to see exactly what NW has been doing this season. The surprising thing is that I am definately not a NW fan...nor do I ever plan to be. I am a fan of the coach.

I do find it amusing that you are ripping on Irmo when I don't think anyone from there has said anything bad against NW. Nice way to try to start something. NW isn't a bad team this year, it shoudl be interesting to see how they do when they get to the playoffs. they are like Wando again this year, don't play much of anybody until the the playoffs. They could do well in the playoffs, or their lack of a tough schedule could get them destroyed, I guess we'll find out when that time gets here.

Hold on a second...I was certainly not trying to rip Irmo. I was merely trying to give props to NW. I had no intentions of posting incendiary propaganda. Please do not misread my posting. I give all the credit in the world to Irmo. They are a great team. No one on the Earth can argue that. They have a deep and respected tradition and no one can take that away from them. I was just using Irmo to point out what a season NW was having. Didn't mean to step on anyone's toes. I apologize if any offense was taken.
