Which league does the HH team play in? I can't seem to find them listed anywhere.

They only compete in tournaments.

What tournaments have they played in, and how have they finished?

Actually, they play mostly in the local latino men's league. Three of their regulars played with the MPSC premier team (two were guest players at this tournament) and one played with CESA.

BridgeFA-
How many total teams played in this tournament?
Why didn't your younger girls teams play in your tournament?

sweet feet,

Tournament was held with 22 teams. We were somewhat surprised that more local teams chose not to participate. Many other clubs that we contacted had already made tournament plans for the year, so it didn't fit in their schedule. We're hopeful that next year, they will work this one into their schedule.

Late start in advertising affected the outcome. Given another entity has held a tournament on this particular weekend in Charleston, we wanted to be sure and work with them prior to beginning this venture. It's my understanding this event used to draw many teams, and we're hopeful to grow it back to what it was, in a controlled manner. This is planned to be an annual event.

Can't answer why the younger girls teams didn't play, other than to say, they chose not to. Typically, Bridge FA teams choose their tournaments from those that are recommended.

I do hope that your tournament continues to grow for you. But the Nov. schedule is always tough. This year there was SAT testing Nov. 5, 1st Round of State Cup and Raleigh Nov. 12, USC/Clemson game Nov. 19, Thanksgiving Nov. 26.
Also, FC Carolina in Charlotte had a big tournament same weekend. A lot going on in Nov. every year. Maybe consider moving it to late Oct?
