[My opinion with regard to how you measure success from a state level, from this thread.]Okay -- here's a shot at what SCYSA's overall goal is, what the programs are, and who on the board is responsible for which program. All of these were derived from the web site. I'm posting these so that smarter people than me can correct this -- so please feel free to blast it.
Also, at the bottom of this, I've included a completely theoretical set of goals for each of the programs. Let me be clear -- I made this up based on my limited knowledge. What I'm hoping is that people out there can tell me what is missing -- or what I don't get -- or where I'm just missing the boat completely.
