A couple of summers ago, I took part of the E certificate, I was unable to attend the last day due to family issues plus it was in Greenwood and I live in Columbia.
I know that there is a 'C' License coming up sometime but I was wondering if SCYSA is going to have the E and D Licenses available especially locally in Columbia.
If not when and why not in Columbia, is there not enough demand for it.
