Yes...Ben Lippen vs. Barnwell will be on Saturday at 5:30 Tournament champion is determined by a point system

We were told by SCHSL that you now have to have a championship game. We were referred to the new definition in the rules: "7. Definition of a tournament A tournament is a series of contests in competition for a championship in which at least 1st & 2nd place is decided by a final contest between the two teams."

There must be a championship match. A point system could be used to determine which teams play for the championship. Doin' it the hard way...

Total win/loss records, including tournament matches, can be used as region tiebreakers for playoff spots, but tournament championships mean nothing except in the tournament itself. Sounds like micromanaging for no good reason. I've got good news and bad news...
