Is that the norm in HS soccer that teams show very little commitment to train over spring break. Coaches, what do you ask your players to do during that time off if anything?

How is that? Do basketball teams take two weeks off for Christmas break? Strange that soccer would!

Christ Church at JL Mann scheduled for tonight has been postponed due to field conditions and weather forecast. Possible reschedule date is in the works.

Spring Break - really tough question. Is family time less important than soccer time? Many parents are taking their last vacation with their children (juniors/seniors) and really treasure that time. Soccer is the longest high school sport calendar-wise also. IF you can get the time off, not lose very game when you start back, the kids stay very fresh through May.

Don't forget that is some programs (not ours) there is a majority of kids who play club so Spring Break may be the first break for them since last June.
