That is one of the problems with the way we train in the US. After a 90 minute game, players shouldn't be able to play at a high level for a couple of days. We train our kids (due largely to tournaments) to "save" energy for the next game instead of play all out, rest for a few days and then play all out again. This is why there should be a sub limit for every game U15 and older.
