Obligation? Not really. You chose to enter. But then again you also chose to request assistance and support of SCYS.
And this is where the club feuds cloud the actual concern.
From what I can gather, no true supporter of soccer is questioning what the CESA 92 Boys are doing. However, what is being questioned is our fly by the seat of their pants state officials who arbitrarily make this stuff up as they go along for the ride!
