Two clear and well stated comments (although one with a lot less words!). When I asked who cared, I really don't care if the reason for the conflict is that a team was invited v applied/accepted. But if that is a key decision factor (which I don't think is the case, but maybe it was), it would be interesting to know.
I don't think anyone has tried to argue that how SCYSA makes decisions is clear
