I count 9 matching names, but there are 4 juniors and a sophomore among them who would have been 4 sophomores and a freshman during last year's high school season...if one or more of the nine played JV last year (or wasn't on the squad at all) and never dressed out for a varsity game, there is no violation according to the rules.
