I learned an interesting rule tonight. A player who receives his second yellow during halftime is ejected but the team is allowed to sub the player and they are allowed to play with 11.
It seems interesting that a push at 39:59 that results in a second yellow means the team must play down a player, but a push at 40:01 (or immediately after the whistle for halftime) that results in a second yellow means the team may sub the ejected player and play with 11.
Yes, only in College does this result in a team playing short.

Please direct me to the post where this was said. No one speaks for St. Joseph's except for myself on this forum. I am the JV coach as well as the head assistant coach. If you would do that I would appreciate it. Thank you Coach Ben

Pretty boastful to me.
We didn’t underestimate them. They were a lot better than we thought.
I agree, that is boastful. He has his own opinions which do not reflect the opinions of me or our program. As witnessed last night, we are in no position to walk through any tournament or any team. Thank you, Ben
