If you're not used to playing in a turf field, it'll take some time to get accustomed to it, especially since it's a different dynamic & feel than the natural field. Sure it's a faster paced game, but just like adapting to a narrow or a long field, it takes some getting used to if you're not fully accustomed to it.
Now which field is better? I personally like the turf fields more than the natural fields
