Prior to the match, BEARCAT SOCCER paid tribute to Charlie Terreni, Jr., by displaying his picture on the Video Board and announcing:

Before we begin the National Anthem will you please join me as we observe a moment of silence for a fallen member of our local soccer community, Charlie Leverett Adams Terreni Jr.

Charlie was a freshman at the University of South Carolina and a 2014 graduate of Cardinal Newman as well as a long time club member of Congaree Rapid FC. He is survived by his parents, Charlie Sr., and Patti, and brother, Shand, a sophomore at Cardinal Newman and a member of Congaree Rapid SKY98.
