Secondly, the game recap:
Wilson Hall jumped all over the first 10 minutes and created 3 of their 5 shots in that time while Ben Lippen was caught on their heals. Brendan Kight had a sick goal, catching the keeper out of position and burried it over the top. The rest of the game was practically all Ben Lippen, but Wilson Hall was much improved this year and did have their fair share of possessing the ball. of the 21 shots by Ben Lippen, many of them were deflected off WH players and rarely did any test the keeper as much as we'd have liked. I didn't see the pk myself as I was talking to a player, but from what I've been told it may have been a legit call (keeper comes out and the player plays the ball over the keeper who just misses the ball and the two collide). Again, my hat is off the the effort put forth by the Barons, and Brendan Kight, well played (hindsight, you weren't as bad wasting time as it seemed in the heat of the moment).
