Spring Valley definately had the better play, but Dutch Fork shot themselves in the foot in that game. During the first goal, to the defender's credit, had he not gotten his head on the ball, Sean Flynn was right there to finish. Despite Spring Valley not scoring until late in the first half, they were in control from the beginning, and I wouldn't put it past them to take the top spot in the region on Friday. Dutch Fork's keeper, Jason Mccabe was injured on the Second goal, where he came out just a little late and caught the guys foot after the ball had been shot. Unfortunate for DF, as he probably would have saved atleast the 3rd goal.
