OK then, SV has one or two tall players. Maybe I should have said HH will win cause they are the better team.

I'm not sure you covered yourself enough here. You might want to add a few more "if's" so that if SA loses you can have something to fall back upon and say that they didn't make all the conditions to win.

Wow, after checkin out the lowerstate bracket, every game is gonna be a close game. L-E Dude was right, it is a complete coin flip. With the exception of JI over SV, but still JI is a real legitimate team and SV is gonna have to work for a win. Game of the bracket is definetly gonna be irmo v. wando.

Well even if Jamal and Branson show up I seriously doubt that SA will "destroy" Mauldin. And when Jamal tries to shred their defense they will probably foul him before he gets through to goal.

My picks upperstate....

Gwood vs NW.... long drive to Gwood, I am hoping Gwood would surprise but I have to go to NW

Dorman vs Lex... Lex in close game

FM vs Wren ... This is one that could raise some eyebrows, I say it is closer than many think

SA vs Mauldin... SA 3 -0 ...Jamal 2 - Mauldin 0

Lowerstate

SV vs JI... no contest SV

RV vs Summerville ... I have been saying all along RV

Wando vs Irmo... A shame one has to go out early, Irmo by 1 in OT

HH vs DF... My sleeper game, DF by 1 in regulation so they can get their butts back to cola at a reasonable time.

Upperstate

Northwestern - no surprise - Alot to a little

Lexington – quality side – should come out on top

Fort Mill - continues their success with win

South Aiken – 3-1 Jamal adds one or two goals for the victory

Lowerstate

Spring Valley– blowout 3-0 – James Island is not on the same level as SV

Summerville - only because their pitch is tight and consists of 2 blades of grass

Irmo – great matchup – Irmo wins big over Wando 3-1

HH - Carlos and Christian open up Dutch Fork's defense 2-0

I think all the games in the lower bracket should be considered a "toss up". I think HH has a slight advantage over DF playing at home. DF hasn't played on the road much in league play. I don't think anyone can predict Irmo-Wando. Wando has had trouble scoring at times. Should be tough game for Irmo playing in Mt. Pleasant. Nod to Wando. James Island has a solid club, but were a little off their game at the Palmetto Cup. SV should come out ok here, but they will be tested. Finally Ridgeview at Summerville. I believe RV to be a very dangerous 4 seed, however, this game is at S'ville. Very tight pitch with horrible playing surface. If you've not played there, it's a big home field advantage for S'ville. They should go through. No easy games for anyone the rest of the way.
