Our club, CRSA, has the opportunity to pursue some property in the Cayce area. The problem is that some of the land lies in the SCE&G right-of-way areas. We have met some 'resistance' in the way of 'legal concerns'. Has anyone else incurred right-of-way issues with soccer complexes or facilities. Any information on how to proceed or possible 'friendly contacts' would be appreciated.
