As a follow up note:

Either CESA 90 Premier needs to finish ahead of DSC 90 Green in the Premier League, thus earing the bye, or they will have to choose to either forfiet their tournament play (since they are currently on the list of accepted teams), or first round state cup game, or SCYSA will have to allow different policies for different clubs, as they have already denied a request to play the first round game not on the weekend of all first round games, so other SC teams could apply and play in this tournament.

I stand corrected....in theory affects only U15.

I would argue that it would be far better for CESA, DSC and Bridge to play in the state cup than CASL for this age group. Bigger stakes

The showcase becomes a big issue when they become 16 and 17 as they are at the prime recruiting years for boys. 17 and 18 for girls.

Is the future of the once powerful Mt. Pleasant Soccer club doomed, due to the Bridgefa alliance? Seems like the club has fallen from the radar screen in quick fashion.

I don't think they were ever once powerful, but yes BridgeFA will be the club in lowcountry. MPSC should ally with them in their quest to possibly become a powerful club.

Striker,
More State Champs than any team in Columbia, made them a once powerful club. Correct me if wrong.

CSC u17 navy boys are 7-0 on the season with five games left. They still have to play bridge, but it is at CSC and last time they beat them 2-1. They are #2 in their division. The u18 navy boys are 4-0-1 with 4 games left to play, they are at the top of their division.

That is possible cause Cola. area clubs have never been powerful club-wide. I don't have the numbers. What are the numbers for MPSC? I still doubt the numbers will reveal a powerful club. MPSC still needs to join with BridgeFA to produce a powerful club.
