Sons A Player,

The Tega Cay U13 team is established - it may have gotten a new name over the summer, but the coach and players are (pretty much) the same as last year.

Who knows what is going to happen with CSC and NECSA? I guess you can take your chances, but CSC has been at the bottom of the pile in that age group for some time now, and NECSA is in the bottom half. Will a merger put them in the top half - your guess is as good as mine.

Like I said, Tega Cay has a strong team. I think some of their losses this past season were purely bad luck.

If you live near NECSA and, after a merger, you end up practicing at the Ballentine fields, I am thinking that your drive time to Tega Cay would not be too much further. But, would an extra 10 or 15 minutes be worth it? You have to decide. Might be worth talking to the Tega Cay coach.
Good luck.
