The Gunners had nine corner kicks in the first half and completely owned possession something like 65%-35%, so it was much more entertaining in the second stanza when Houllier's side decided to open it up ... However, I don't blame LFC -- they needed at least a point from the match and received it justifiably so on the PK that Milan Baros got when Sol Campbell clipped him from behind ... Francis Jeffers' PK was a bit dubious, but at least the referee called it immediately, unlike Baros' PK in which the linesman had to settle the dispute -- rarely seen in the EPL is a linesman giving the away squad a penalty kick! ... Still, AFC is five points clear entering the New Year with a TOUGH London Derby vs. Chelsea on Wednesday.
