The S.C. High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State meeting will be held on Sunday, May 16 at Brookland-Cayce High School in Cayce.

Coaches are asked "to do their homework" prior to the meeting, which is scheduled for 10-11:30 a.m. Please be familiar with players in your region and area.

Only head coaches may nominate players - at the link provided - from your school. Remember that All-State is open to any player, any grade, and they can be exchange students.

The deadline for nominations is Thursday, May 13 at 6 p.m.

SCHSSCA All-State Nomination Form
Coaches -- Please remember that the nominations for All-State should be just that, ALL-STATE.

This is not All-Area or All-Region, but the top 18 players in a classification for this spring season. Please keep this in mind as you nominate players.
Reminder: The deadline for nominations is Thursday, May 13 at 6 p.m.

1) Quite surprised of the JL Mann selection!!
2) Whoever selected has not been whatching the games
3) Players that have been selected are not All State Material but have been selected on what merits?
would like to know?

Who selects those players? The coach?
These are nominations for all state.
I believe coaches get to pick a certain number from their teams..
Merits? You would have to ask the coach that nominated the player.
My best advice for selecting the best grapes from the vine is to avoid the sour ones altogether.
