Sorry for the late start, but lunch was calling! A lot of intense action here earlier. But we are under way here in the 9th place match between the Red Raiders of Greenville against the Chiefs of North Myrtle Beach.

We are currently 10' in of the first of 2 30' periods. Action here is a little light compared to earlier, but non the less, we do have action. The ball has seen both ends of the field but neither team has gotten a shot off thus far.

The atmosphere here in the Cage is a little gloomy now, only about ten people in the stands we need those press box people to get busy with some pumped in fan fare!

We finally get a goal out of Greenville here in the 26th minute, giving them the 1-0 lead.

I see the excitement has dropped off in the press box too.

ok, so I just woke up and well, nothing has changed here....no shots, no corners, a lot of walking around....these boys are ready to get on their buses and get home!

really, no offense to either team. Playing this match probably excites them in no way and after a long week against great competition, I'm sure they are ready to get out of here. I'm positive that once their wounds heal they will be better for this. Good luck to both teams in the last part of the season.

How about if you're going to use enthusiasm for some games use it for all of them. Show some respect for those teams being there and having played all those games in 4 days, they are tired. Lets see you get off your chicken wrap and lap top and play 1 soccer game and see if you're walking around the pitch. Show respect to the two teams as you have so the other teams.

So, coming up to the end of this match, still a tie, we will have no overtime. Placement will be determined by # of points. Putting Greenville in 9th and NMB in 10th.
