If I am reading the scores from yesterday and today correctly, it appears that 3 schools are representing the lowerstate in the finals Friday and Saturday - Wando in AAAA, Hilton Head in AAA and Academic Magnet in AA.

I do not think that this is particularly significant, but an interesting bit of trivia.
Isn't that why they call it the lower state?

Or do you mean lowerstate, as in.....the Charleston market? Isn't Hilton Head Island part of Coastal Georgia?
Actually, especially in the summer months, I believe Hilton Head is considered a part of Ohio.

Thanks, I edited my post to use the correct term.
Your wording is terrible. Techincally every state cup game has a lowerstate/upperstate.
Yes, every year there is a lowerstate and upperstate team in the finals.

By the way, I believe that the correct spelling is "technically" and it should be followed by a comma.

Sorry if my poor grammar offended you.

For those who have been to Hilton Head, thats funnny. I get it.
If Eastside and Christ Church guys had won yesterday, then 10 of the 14 championship slots would have been taken by 5 schools (Wando 2, HH 2, AMHS 2, Eastside 2, CC 2).
I like that nice edit when you realized you were wrong. There is a difference between switching two letters and then your mistake. hahah pathetic comeback

Sorry, I forgot to capitalized "H"aha
Once again SCSOCCER3, you are correct - there is a massive difference between your misspelling and improper punctuation and my insertion of a space between lower and state.

Of course, neither are as bad as "I forgot to capitalized".
