They are alot of good team down lowerstates We have Wando,Irmo,Dutch Fork, Hilton Head. It would be between this team for sure no doubt. Im not saying who is going to win it cuz is too early to say that

I dont think Spring Valley would pass the 2nd round of playoofs it happens every year to them just because of their region. the region that theyre on is the hardest one in the whole state
For some reason i have to say that it will come to a wando/irmo game for the lower state. since when has anyone of those two teams not been the one to go to the final? i really can't remember. but its going to be one of those two teams.
I'm pretty sure spring valley beat hilton 3-0 already...
Not to mention SV just got a lock on the #1 in their region... so I guess they probably have no chance at lower state.
spring valley is definately a contender for lowerstate. wando and irmo as well. hilton head is a great squad but they dont pose a threat to those three teams. yeah they beat wando but it would be a much different game in the playoffs. but you never know.
I think that either Spring Valley or Wando will win the Palmetto Cup with one of the out of state teams a possibility as well.
Guest... yes Spring Valley beat up 3-0 we had our lineup WAY messed up and trust me you guys dont seem to have the touch like Wando, Irmo,Dutch Fork and HH, does. All i saw in that game was the speed that you guys had thats all you guys know all the golas you had were mistakes from our defenders
Spring Valley just locked up their region...region 5 is the hardest region in 4A by far...considering that they are 4-1 agaisnt the teams just mentioned they scored 9 goals and 3 goals against...I don't really think their "lack of touch" matters...
I'M GOING TO SAY SPRING VALLEY BECAUSE THEY VIRTUALLY RAPPED UP HOME FIELD THROUGHOUT THE PLAYOFFS!!! PLUS THAT KID THAT'S PLAYING AT USC NEXT FALL IN THE MIDFIELD IS GOOD!!! AND THEY ARE FAST!!!
the playoffs will be interesting this year. there are many teams that could make it through. there are some teams a lot more talented by others but as we all have seen from time to time this season, the most talented team does not always win. (WA vs. Wando, HH vs. Summerville, Beaufort vs. JI, etc.)

I pick DF to win Lowerstate... I think they will have things together come play-off time but it is going to take their best to win. Since they did finish 3rd, they will be on the road against A LOT of quality teams like Hilton Head, Wando/Irmo and Spring Valley. If you beat those 3 teams on the road then you deserve to be in the championship. It should be an interesting play-off in the lowerstate with any one of about 5 or 6 teams could win and all will have a great chance to win the state championship.

i'm glad you finally decided to encourage your team. I don't think they will, but i'm glad you do. I don't know who will to tell you the truth, but I'm putting my money on either spring valley or irmo. I'll get to see both HH, and Wando this week, but I've heard rumors of both teams losing star players to the red card rule, having received too many.
I think one of the teams from the upstate will take home the trophy.

WERE NOT TALKING ABOUT 3A BECAUSE BY THE LOOKS OF IT RIGHT NOW GREENVILLE AND DREHER ARE GOING TO BE IN THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP BUT THERE ARE A COUPLE OF TEAMS THAT MIGHT MAKE IT INTERESTING IF THEY PLAY UP TO THEIR POTENTIAL!!!
