A friend of mine were discussing the following concerning youth/high school baseball recently and I approached from a soccer perspective, but need some info.

If you are a high school coach (head coach, assistant, etc.) and coach club soccer (for stipend) and/or coach another sport at your school (with stipend), please post here in this thread. Trying to get a feel for how many high school coaches "work" at coaching.

Coach club, but no stipend.

Interesting question... I would venture to say that most successful programs have coaches who are heavily involved in club play. It has been addressed before, look at the better programs and you will find that a feeder system from club is key to your high school team's success.
