The University of South Carolina Beaufort will be hosting tryouts on Thursday, July 28th and Friday, July 29th for interested student-athletes graduating high school in 2012. The tryouts will consist of two training sessions, Thursday night and Friday morning, a campus tour, and a question and answer session.

Interested players should contact Coach Heberling, ed@uscb.edu or 843-208-8072, to receive further information or register. All participants must RSVP no later than Monday, July 25th to participate.

Is the campus in Beaufort or in Bluffton? I've driven by the Bluffton location, have never seen the Beaufort campus.

I saw in the Neighbors section of The State newspaper this morning that Batesburg-Leesville's Deangelus Anderson has signed with USC Beaufort. Along with Summerville's Chelsie Mummert, who played in this past weekend's North-South Soccer Classic, that is a pretty good start for the Sandsharks!

Just a reminder that USCB will be hosting tryouts on July 28th and 29th. This is open to interested students graduating high school in 2012. Students will get two training sessions; Thursday at 6:00 pm and Friday at 8:00 am, as well as a campus tour and question and answer session.
