just wondering what yall thought of SMC "signing" everyone and their mothers. they have 8 from NW, 3 from woodriff, 2 or 3 from BSHS and im sure a good many more plus their returning players.. thats a lot of players.. i think its way too many but just wonderin what yall think

As for signing 8 from Northwestern.. ..signing 8 players that play club together and won a state championship together.. how could that be a bad idea?
Yea it seems like alot but it is really not that much. They are only 2 year school and do most of their recruiting from SC, which is good for alot of SC players because they get to continue their soccer career if they cant make a D1 school. (which is most of us)
Coach Dan Kenneally does a great job of recognizing SC talent and offering in-state kids the opportunity to continue playing collegiate soccer.
2004 Brookland-Cayce graduate Senad Ademovic just finished his two-year course work at SMC while playing soccer and tennis -- in which he competed in the NJCAA National Tournament last week in Dallas, TX. Senad had a great experience and SMC really took care of him. He is now looking to transfer to a four-year school to continue his studies.
Senior Lee Smith, who graduates today from B-C, will attend Spartanburg Methodist College this fall. Congratulations to Lee and to SMC for their service as JUCO to SC.
