i don't get the point of the article. it seems to contradict itself. wasn't reville a school teacher?

At points, he was faculty/staff at several Lowcountry schools. He also "volunteer" coached for several schools, churches, gyms, etc.

The reality here is threefold:
1) CCSD wants to control middle school programs; because
2) CCSD H.S. coaches want control of an "improved and expanded" feeder system; and
3) More stipends for teacher/coaches.

"Weeding out" real or imagined pedophiles is an added "benefit."

Also improves Title IX compliance...
