Hilton Head High baseball team sticking together after losing its coach
Mike McCombs, The Island Packet
I don’t know the details of the HHI situation but I do want to tell the SCHSL and JS that you should be ashamed and a “low-life” for punishing the players & team when the fault is 100% with administrators and/or coaches.

Fire, fine, suspend those at fault and leave the players and team alone!

Sure there are times (fighting, bullying, hazing, drinking, cheating, etc.) when the players/teams are at fault and should be punished but leave them out of the punishment handed down when they are not at fault and had not a clue of the infractions.

SCHSL and JS you’ve done enough damage already and time to clean up your act!
Wait a minute, how are you punishing the players?

No one is forcing high school students to play a sport.
No one is being paid to play in the sport.
Going into a sport everyone knows the rules, it is not like it is a surprise.
What about the opponents that HHI played? What about those students?
It does not effect a player's ability to receive a college scholarship.

How has SCHSL done any "damage"?
