Dear High School Coaches of Winter and Spring Programs:

The High School Scholar All-America Committee would like to invite your nominations for this prestigious award. We are looking nominees who graduate in 2013 and fit the following criteria:

Head coach is a member of the NSCAA at the high school level.

*Player has been selected First Team All-State, NSCAA All-Region or NSCAA All-America. Note: USSF National/Regional team players will also be considered.

*Player has a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75 or above. Note: Weighted GPAs may be used but must be converted to a 4.0 scale.

In order for a player to be considered, these procedures must be followed:

The head coach must complete and submit the online nomination form by Monday, June 17, 2013. Go to http://www.nscaa.com/login.php?action=personal to login using your and then click on my nominations and voting.

Download and complete the Signature Release Form, which is available at the end of the online nomination process.

Obtain a certified copy of the student-athlete’s transcript from the school.

Mail the Signature Release Form and transcript to:

All release forms must be postmarked by June 17, 2013.
Incomplete information or failure to meet the submission deadlines will remove a player from consideration.
