Francis Marion University head coach Kevin Varnado and the Patriots will host the 2009 Boys High School Soccer Showcase January 10 at 1:30 pm in Florence, SC. The showcase is open to all prep boys that are current juniors (2010) or seniors (2009).

how did the showcase go. where there any players from coastal areas? what other coaches attended?

I think it went well, about 40 players I'm guessing. I noticed from looking at shirts there were players from all areas of the state and at least one player from GA. As for coaches, I saw FMU, St Andrews, USC-Upstate, Spartanburg Methodist, Tri-County Technical College, one other that I couldn't identify.
