And the great seniors at FM would be who? A few good bodies but don't get them confused with NW. Can't see them in top 10 at this time.

1. Northwestern
2. Irmo
3. Wando
4. Dutch Fork
5. Fort Mill
6. Beaufort
7. Spring Valley
8. Lexington
9. Dorman
10. Fort Dorchester

Obviously Northwestern and Irmo have to be the two favorites but after that its a toss up. I think Dutch Fork is going to have a chance to be top notch this year. Wando is always in the mix and have a good group coming back. After those 4 there is really no telling of what is next but should be a great year and my surprise team on the year is Dutch Fork.

I agree, Irmo and NW are one, two, and i think interchangable until they meet in the Lake Murry Challenge. I disagree with your thoughts about Dutch Fork. They are a team that will not be able to produce goals, chances, or wins. It would not surprise me to see DF drop the most spots by the end of the year. Wando always plays with 11 good players, they never seem to have a down year. As for Spring Valley, Lexington and Dorman, they all lost many key players to their team, and I am unsure if they will be able to fill in the holes.

tommy, tommy, tommy, do u really think irmo should be ranked ahead of nhs? the champ is the champ until someone dethrones them, and if i remember correctly and i may not because the game ended past my bedtime, but didnt nhs beat irmo at irmo and go on to win the AAAA st championship? and didnt the team that nhs beat for the AAAA state championship beat irmo not once but twice? "interchangable" they aint.

well said wolfy, well said. NW #1 until proven otherwise. Personally, I think i might change my earlier rankings and put Irmo at #4.

If a current academy player plays for Fort Mill, good shot at top 10, if not, non deserving at this time.

all i hear is everybody talking about northwestern and fort mill... but come on lets give some credit to beaufort for being ranked 5th among the rest of those other fine schools. They worked hard to get to that ranking and i think its time they got a little bit more respect.

Didn't Beaufort lose their coach and goal scorer? Whoever wins Upper State in 4A wins title (that's going to be either Irmo or Northwestern).
