With the inclement weather at the Viking Cup this season, many good teams lost the opportunity to play an additional one to four games. Thus it was very difficult this year for a school to reach 20 wins.

Congratulations to Pinewood Prep, Wando and South Aiken for acheiving this milestone. I believe Riverside is the only other team with a shot to get to 20.

Good job.

Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.

Woodruff has a shot at 19 wins. . .and the current high win total in AA/A. Quite impressive considering their ambitious scheduling of higher classification teams. . .

Congratulations to Dutch Fork on 19 wins! Summerville and PKs kept them from getting that magical 20th victory.

Mauldin not only missed the Viking Cup but also got washed out of The Mauldin Cup and possible four more wins.

Only time will tell
