I would consider the AC Flora vs Airport Talon Cup one of the better 3A matches this week. Both have pretty experienced sides and last years Cup was one in PK's by Flora.

#5 White Knoll @ #10 Ridge View
#4 Fort Mill @ #13 Blythewood
#11 Spring Valley @ #1 Irmo
#2 Wando @ #11 Spring Valley
#8 Lexington @ #11 Spring Valley
#15 Dorman @ #8 Lexington
#1 Irmo @ #14 Beaufort

These are some of the main 4A match-up's this week in my own opinion. It's looking to be a tough week for Spring Valley, as Ridge View looks for revenge with White Knoll after there late loss in the sandhills classic final. Fort Mill is at Blythewood who is looking for revenge after that close first round lost in last years play-offs that went into pk's.

Don't know if FM/Blythewood will be close. Didn't Blythewood lost alot from last year's squad?

Also, anyone know why shootout losses in tournaments are being listed as ties in overall record????

Just a guess but since they did not go with full over times, the matches were considered ties and the PK's were the tie breakers. Done to save time in such a large field of teams.

Blythewood has 4 returning starters, but the players that were not starters last year have stepped up and the team has potential. Injuries would be the downfall due to not having alot of depth i think the game will be interesting FM also lost some key players.

Can't argue that FM lost some key starters from last year, but depth should be a strength for them they have a large group for seniors this year who have all been there for last three years. Question will be how the coach uses the depth, and how well the seniors who have not been starters before step up.
NAFO Monday game should give FM some idea of what to expect from Bwood.

Nation Ford beat Blythewood 3-1. That was the score at half time as well.

Way to go NAFO! Sounds like solid win against ranked team. I guess that means Bwood might be in for a long week.
