The "pie" you refer to will never taste any better until you get a real pastry chef.

it was the vision of "Bridge FA" all along, to unite the lowcountry clubs and have a greater player pool and be able to provide quality teams for the kids. And, hopefully what will happen is to have Coastal United combine with Columbia United to form SC United, they have been in this "partnership" for 2 seasons now. Hopefully, more of the lowcountry teams will make the move also.

Wouldn't that be against the SCYS rules? Isn't that the same thing CESA tried to do with the Congaree club, which caused Columbia United to complain?

Utd4life: I agree. Maybe that is just a slice of the pie and the rest just hasn't been "served" yet.

Patience. As Churchill said: "This is not the end. This not even the beginning of the end. But it may be the end of the beginning."

I don't know what will happen in the lowcountry but, I do think there is more to this story. The lowcountry is losing too many good players to CESA and we need to do something to keep them here.

I'm just a parent whose child loves to play soccer and wants to play at the highest level possible.

Greenacres, that's the same question I've asked among friends. Would somebody in the know explain the difference between what CESA/CRSA wanted to do and what SCUFC is doing. Anyone?

PIE?, PIE?, All pie is good. Old pie, cold pie, apple pie, pie in the sky. Only problem I see is the CESA KOOL-AID CHEF will not be allowed in the PIE Contest. Come on all CESA players, pie is good, grab a slice before the pie is all gone.

Cesa answered that question with CESA- Columbia. Thats how to get around the rules. It just has to be implemented better is all.
