Coastal United/ Bridge has already started making the change on their website. Some of their pages show the "Coastal United" logo, while others now say "South Carolina United- Mount Pleasant".

Just posted on the Coastal United/ Bridge website:

"Mount Pleasant Soccer Club, the low country’s largest non-profit youth soccer club, has entered into a licensing agreement with South Carolina United FC for use of its trademarks and service marks. Moving forward, Mount Pleasant Soccer Club will operate under its new trade name South Carolina United-Mount Pleasant.
South Carolina United-Mount Pleasant will continue to maintain its own governance, operations, fiscal autonomy, player selection, and league participation. Furthermore, the club will retain its traditional colors of white and maroon and will have an optional third jersey, royal blue in color, in its match kit.

Says South Carolina United-Mount Pleasant Select Director of Coaching Kian Brownlee, “ South Carolina United FC is a brand associated with quality training and quality coaching which enables players to compete at the highest levels commensurate with their individual ability. The fact that the brand has also previously been licensed to the state’s only U.S. Soccer Development Academy program for boys speaks volumes of the confidence others have in our Select and Junior Academy programming. Name change aside, we very much look forward to continuing our longstanding relationship with the Town of Mount Pleasant Recreation Department. We are most appreciative of the incredible support its staff provides to enable every area family to enjoy this great sport of ours – youth soccer”

If you look at the list of coaches on the website, it has all of the MPSC and Coastal coaches listed.....looks like both clubs merged.

It's good if your child likes to juggle barefoot.
