Hated to read this article. Best friend and roommate for a decade hangs up the whistle (hopefully temporarily) to move on to the next phase in life. They managed one goal in the season before he took the job - now girls sign college scholarships, make all state, all star games, and enjoy winning seasons with trips to the playoffs. The team even cracked the top 15 and notched their first wins over Daniel and Greenwood the last two years. Hats off to Ryan Roseberry for a job well done. Absolutely one of the best, both on and off the field, and a pleasure to work with in club and high school ball. Hopefully his retreat from coaching will only be temporary.

Michael Young steps down from South Aiken in 2009.
Ryan Roseberry steps down from Westside in 2010.
Ron Johnson steps down from Aiken High in 2010.
Hmmm... Are there any head girls soccer coaches in South Carolina anymore that hail from Aiken?
I don't know who to pull for anymore?
