Alex has been a one man show in the middle...Lunceford came out pretty aggressively but hasn't been seen often since...

NW's D has played better than I expected...highly organized tonight and they look well prepared.

Irmo looks dangerous on every set piece however and it seems to be a matter of time before this deadlock is broken

I'll say that the match from a beautiful game standpoint hasn't been much of that. Both teams seem to be on pins and needles, playing conservatively out of the back and instead lumping the ball forward and playing off that.

Good strategy.

Hate to interrupt your thread in the middle of the game. But I wanted to respond to UnitedFan's earlier post about the 2A championship. There are no excuses. BE did not make their shots and BL made theirs when it counted.

Congratulations to BL for a well fought match.

P.S. BE boys did collect a trophy as State Runner up and Lower State Champs ( v Waccamaw). They also collected a trophy at Palmetto Cup. They had a great year even though it didn't end with the championship.

Marta, I think posting about a good season when you don't play with the same constraints as the public schools you compete against, is like a Bully crowing in the playground. I ask you to simply grow up and let BL have their time in the spotlight.
