I believe it was scheduling conflict or they would be missing a large amount of their players.

Would not happen if Birch was still there. They backed out of a game with us and There own region games to play in the Tournament. This was back in October! Something does not sound right here.

This is typical bush league stuff from Pinewood Prep. More elitist, entitlement attitudes from this program. It is evidenced on the girls side, hmmm 22-1 scores and by dropping out of a tourney a couple days before it starts. I hope that all teams boycott from playing them in the future. Hell, there players should be going to to FD, Summ, or AR anyways. Private schools should just play private schools.

I disagree with you on your point that private schools should just play private schools.

To add to the speculation:

From the SCISA 2010/2011 Blue Book;

"4. Game Limitation: 26 matches for a team and player (exceptions must be granted by SCISA)."

Eurosport Scoreboard shows Pinewood having played 20 games (including scrimmages) and having 4 more scheduled.

Agreed that none of this would have occured if Birch were still Pinewood's coach.

But I'm sure Pinewood will battle back and be fully prepared come time of the playoffs.
