I say yes. My daughter's experience was very good. She didn't have a specific soccer fitness program. Instead, she worked on speed, agility, balance, and strength in the regular class for her age. Her increase in speed and endurance on the field was highly noticeable. Her jump height increased by a good 6 inches. She only went for 3 months but has been begging to go back. If we had the time, she would be enrolled right now.
