How about some stats to back it up???Lets see player # 4 on your list 27 goals 10 assists vs. #1 strenghth of schedule...not too shabby!!Whats HHI sos??

I will not defend the rankings of any specific player, but I think it is a silly notion to question Hilton Head Islands strength of schedule.

They finished the season as AAA state champions with a record of 24-4-2 and played some high level teams along the way.

They faced 20 teams with winning records. Including some very serious competition.

HHI lost 3-0 to North Gwinnett Ga AAAAA State Champions 2010 and finalist 2011

HHI beat 2-1 Grafton High School Wisconsin Div 1 State Champion finalist in 2010 and currently the topped ranked team in Wisconsin (season still currently going)

HHI beat 1-0 Wando SC AAAA 2010 and 2011 State Champions

HHI beat 2-0 Riverside SC AAA 2010 State Champions and 2011 Upper State Finalist

HHI beat 5-3 Academic Magnet SC AA 2011 South Carolina State Champions

HHI beat 4-2 Fort Mill SC AAA 2011 Upper State Champions

You tell me who played and won tougher games than those.

Hilton Head can makes a case for being the best team in the state, period!

I know that when they beat RHS ,we were missing 4 starters that were playing premier soccer and missed Viking Cup.Plus HH had 22,23,24??players to RHS 15.That made a big difference.So do you have any stats for their #1 player?

What if she is a defender? Are the number of goals she scored going to be the stat to decide if she is the #1 players on the #1 team? If your team is the best team, based on beating everyone else who is a top team then maybe your best player is the best player, at least I am guessing that's the arguement this non-scientific ranking maybe pushing.

They play the game whith who is there, I guess this just mean HH has better non-premier players than RHS does. Maybe next year RHS needs to bring more reserves lord knows they got plenty of quality players to bring with them. I bet most teams in the state would be happy to have the depth "problems" they have!

Chief stick to something you KNOW about...and quit second guessing my comments.I dont comment on all the stupid crap you come up with...a players stats should have input when ranking players.There are defensive stats too...2 of the RHS players missing were all state picks,they would have made a difference!!

Transplant...Are you saying that #4 should be #1? Why? The Player of the Year is the most outstanding and dominate player on the BEST Team in the state!

Where's patriot for back up on this one?

Did you personally see every one of these play (AT LEAST ONCE) this season, much less the multiple viewings needed to make a legitimate evaluation?
