OP Manchester brace M Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 836	Last night Mike Sullivan passed away in his sleep after his battle with cancer. We're all better for having known you Mike. God's speed our friend! Imagine. Believe. Achieve.

HappyDaddy goal H Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 404	Terribly sad news. Mike was a very nice man and the epitome of a good "soccer dad." All he did was cheer for his son and his son's teams. We could all learn from his example. A great loss to the fraternity of GK dads. My condolences to the family.

Soccer16 goal S Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 427	Mike was a wonderful person, doctor and soccer dad. We are blessed that he had time to pass down these attributes to his children. He will be greatly missed not just by the parents and patients but by the kids to whom he came into contact. Although his family is mourning I am sure Mike would want us to raise a toast to him saying "job well done". You are in a better place than we can imagine. I am better off for knowing Mike Sullivan.

OP Manchester brace M Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 836	There will be a celebration of life service for Mike on Sat. July 30 at 11am in the Union Methodist Church Sanctuary. A reception will be held in the Family Ministry Gym following the celebration of life service where slides, music and finger food will be coordinated by his New Life Sunday School Class. The Sullivan family have requested donations be made to the Union Gym Fund in lieu of sending flowers or plants. Mike wanted this celebration to be a casual affair with everyone encouraged to wear something that reflects a happy memory of their time with him!
