I think Pinewood needs some recognition, from what I just heard they beat Wando tonight.

It was 0-0 after regulation and went straight to Penalty Kicks and Pinewood won 6-5 in 8 kickers. I was not there but heard about it after the fact.

Wando Game-
Hard fought first half with most of the play in the mid field. However, Pinewood had a couple oppurtunities that should have been netted. Pinewoods defense played solid, and Pinewood had the edge at half.
Second half began to open up, swaying towards Wando with their countering, however few chances for either team. Late in the half Wando received a penalty kick, however was wonderfully saved by Pinewoods keeper to keep them in it.
Penalties were taken at the end of regulation with Pinewoods keeper saving two and Wando's 1, ending the game at 6-5 in Pinewoods favor.

This evening, February 22nd, Pinewood beat Fort Dorchester, final score 2-2 (4-2 pks)
The first half was mostly in Pinewoods quarter, with the duo of Fort Strikers hammering down on Pinewoods defense. Fort scored on a defensive error of Pinewood to go into half winning 1-0
The second half involved a fast paced and scrappy half, with yellow cards flying to each side. Pinewood scored in a scrum in the 6 yard box in the first 20 minutes. Quickly after, a rocket of a shot went upper 90 against Fort, putting Pinewood up 2-1. With Fort pressing hard, in the last 15 minutes they found the equalizer with an uncontested header to tie the game.
Pks followed at the end of the game, with Pinewood winning 4-2.
