Byrnes @ Clover?

It was 1-0 Clover with about 18 minutes to go in game when the lightning and downpour hit. Waited about 20min but still coming down hard and left. Heard game called but also that Brynes wanted to finish it out. Don't know final outcome.

And Troll I can even go farther back-Since 1979 No lower state team outside of the Charleston area (which in case you didnt notice is the coast), with the exception of South Aiken, has ever won a AAA Championship-None from the Columbia Area have ever won one

Someone that has access to all these stats now seems kind of foolish making statements like "I am sure one of the teams from the coast will end your run-like they do every year"
So, did you actually mean every year? Or maybe every other year? Possible every 4th year?

So Mr. stats, what do you consider "pretty much every year"?
90%, 80%, 60%, 50%...maybe less than 40%?
Statement like this only makes one sound more and more foolish.

What can possibly be accomplished by scoring 20 goals in a game? I guess it shows class and sportsmanship- enjoy while it lasts I am sure one of the teams from the coast will end your run-like they do every year

You have to assume that there were severe restrictions put in place for scoring. It's not their fault the team couldn't defend.

Seems somebody should have worn their big boy pants to the playoffs! This isn't the time to call the dogs, this is the time to create momentum. Stop crying, it's the PLAYOFFS, not homecoming!
Just ask Clemson, arse whippings happen!

I agree, it's the playoffs. If you can't play defense and stop someone from scoring not 3, not 4, not 5... but 20 goals, then seriously should've not entered in for the playoffs. If you score 10+ goals on a team, then you should be willing to take the same beating from someone else.

Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.
