Chantman Goal C Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 488	I'm sure someone is out there smarter than me so I'm asking this question. How is Coach Nichols and his U18 girsls allowed to play Premier League? His team finished 4th at State Cup. Is Region III taking 3 SC teams in this age group? Do the 50% rule come into play?

Chantman Goal C Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 488	So with no 50% rule, will the following happen? CESA 98 Premier wins state cup last season and qualifies f0r Premier League. That old premier team is now the CESA ENCL team. Last season's 98 challenge is the new 98 Premier. That team did not qualify for state cup as they were not one of the top eight teams in their age group. Are they going to play Premier in the Spring?
